Curriculum Objective: To make students capable of utilizing the power of Internet for learning, protecting themselves from its harmful effects, and growing into mature and ethical digital citizens.

1 Introduction to Web 2.0 After completion of this topic, students should be able to visualize that today's Internet (Web 2.0) is all about 'User Generated Content' and 'User-to-User Networking'. It's the root of all issues & aspects of today's digital world. It's very different from traditional media content (TV, newspapers, magazines etc).
2 Digital literacy and online content sharing This topic should teach students some important concepts regarding creating and sharing digital content online. This is the first step of becoming a digital citizen! After completion of this topic, students should be able to create all types of digital contents (text documents, images, presentations, videos etc). They should understand the technicalities of sharing content publicly online. They should also understand 'Intellectual Property' issues.

13 Avoiding Internet Addiction After completion of this topic, students should know how to strike a balance between the real world and the virtual world. They should learn how to make the best use of both for becoming successful in life.
